As a part of instructional marketing efforts of Publicity Rights, this organization have been inspecting websites which contains malignant "idol collage" pictures. We recently, with the corporation of Japan Association of Music Enterprises, reported to the police a website that collected and selling a large amount of these idol collage pictures, which led to an arrest of the site manager.

Online sales of CD-Rs containing 12,300 idol collage pictures of 130 popular female celebrities.
This incident was incited by a comment left on this site's Contact Form, and became the first online case of a kind. However, this is only a tip of an iceberg. We will keep monitoring Publicity Rights and working on instructional marketing efforts.
